Complete general service and wear-parts kit for compatible Maytronics Dolphin robotic pool cleaners. ( Don't waste money buying kits with Tracks and Brushes unless yours are actually worn out, this is all you need to do a service on your machine) 

Over time, the wheels, bushes, drive gears and brush spindles inside your Dolphin cleaner wear down. This can cause poor movement, loose tracks, reduced climbing ability, unusual noises and generally poor cleaning performance.

This service kit contains the key internal wear components commonly replaced during a general service, helping restore smoother movement and extend the working life of your robotic pool cleaner.

What's Included in the Service Kit?

The kit contains the major mechanical wear components required for a general service, including:

• 2 Main Large Wheels & Bushings
• 2 motor Drive Gears
• Rear Small Wheels & Associated Bushings
• Front Active brush adaptors 
• NON Return Drain flap (This sits behind the large brush and is one of the main reasons the machine does not suck well when damaged) 
  

These are the Key internal components that commonly wear with age and use Rather than replacing just one worn component, this kit allows you to service the main mechanical wear points at the same time.

Is Your Dolphin Moving Slowly or Are the Tracks Loose?

As these internal components wear, you may notice your Dolphin:

• Moving slowly or struggling around the pool
• Not climbing walls as well as it used to
• Tracks becoming loose or slipping
• Making clicking, grinding or unusual noises
• Turning or driving poorly
• Cleaning less effectively
• Stopping or struggling during its cleaning cycle

Replacing worn wheels, bushes, drive gears and brush spindles can help restore correct movement and reduce unnecessary strain on the cleaner's drive system.

IMPORTANT – Check Your Tracks After Servicing

We recommend replacing the service kit components before assuming loose tracks need replacing.

Worn wheels, bushes and drive components can contribute to excessive track movement. After installing the new service components, check the track tension again.

If the tracks are still loose after completing the service, we recommend replacing the tracks as well. Tracks are sold separately.
